5.2 License to Phideo
By uploading content, you grant Phideo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

- Display
- Process
- Distribute content for service functionality
5.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is abusive, harmful, or misleading
6. Content Visibility & Sharing
You control who can access your content:
- Private
- Shared
- Public
Phideo is not responsible for how others use content once shared.
7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
7.1 Subscription Services
Phideo may offer free and paid features, including subscription- based access to premium tools and functionality (“Subscriptions”).
Subscription details, including pricing and features, are available within the Service or on our website.
7.2 Billing Through Apple App Store
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store:
- Payments are processed by Apple, not Phideo
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
- Phideo cannot manage or cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple
- All Apple in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
7.3 Billing Through Google Play
If subscriptions are offered through Google Play:
- Payments are processed by Google
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Subscriptions can be managed via your Google Play account.
7.4 Direct Billing
If you subscribe through our website or directly via Phideo:
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (if applicable).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7.5 Free Trials
We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Billing will begin immediately after the trial period.
7.6 Refund Policy
Apple App Store Purchases
- All payments made through Apple are non-refundable by Phideo.
- Refund requests must be made directly through Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Direct (Stripe/Web) Purchases
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable
- No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods
- However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion or where required by law.
7.7 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

-Your access to paid features may be suspended or terminated
7.8 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Changes will be communicated in advance.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
7.9 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your subscription service providers.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
- Interfere with system integrity or security
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content (excluding user content) is owned by Phideo.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
10. Termination

- For misuse of the platform

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free functionality
- Accuracy of analytics or data insights
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phideo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- User-generated content issues
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phideo from claims arising from:
